Established in 1895 we have been managing letting and selling property for a long time we have had 4 offices and have just moved into our newest office at 4 Malone Road Belfast BT9, the gateway to South Belfast with easy access to all parts of the city and beyond.

We have clients that have been with us from 1904 that we still manage property for.  As one of Belfast’s oldest and most respected firms we are still a family business, that look after clients property as if it were our own.  

That’s why we developed 100% management, why clients stay with us over the long term, being generations not years.  

Our staff have in some cases with over 25 years’ service we don’t have high turnover and this means they know the tenants the properties and the landlords and vendors.

As you can see from the rest of our website we offer a wide range of services this has been developed to meet all our clients needs in one place.  We regularly work with other related advisors and do so to achieve the very best result possible.  We work for solutions and to maximise asset value over the long term not just to take advantage of a bubble or inflated values during a time of short term speculation.

With our history it is not in our nature to be out there to make a quick buck and move on, our services are for the long term sometimes you buy a property form us and come back 15 years later as a client or your buy an investment and need help looking after it to get the maximum.
